As California’s authorized Hoot manufacturer and distributor, SOS helps guide customers through the Hoot project from system selection through startup and final county approval. We provide the Hoot system, technical support, project coordination, system startup and verification, while qualified professionals handle required soil testing and design and licensed contractors complete the installation. We offer the full Hoot product line — including BNR, ANR, commercial, and traffic-rated systems — for residential, commercial, and municipal properties throughout California.
Perc & Mantle Testing
Buying land or planning a build? California counties may require perc and mantle testing or other soil evaluations before a septic system can be permitted. SOS helps you understand the process, coordinate with qualified professionals, and determine whether an advanced Hoot treatment system may be appropriate for your property.
Hoot Installation & Project Support
New construction, replacement, or upgrade — SOS supports the project from system selection and equipment supply through installation coordination, system startup and verification, and county sign-off. We work alongside qualified designers, engineers, and licensed installation contractors to help keep the project moving from permit through final approval.
